"Our goal at Hurley Chrysler Jeep is to offer a better
quality used car, at a more competitive price than anybody. Before any vehicle makes it to
our lot, it has to meet very exacting standards. Only then will it get to go through our
thorough inspections and services.
During the inspection process, if we find that the vehicle has
excessive wear and tear, we wholesale it immediately. The vehicles that make the grade are
fully serviced so that they are completely caught up on their maintenance requirements.
Any necessary repairs are completed and the vehicle is then meticulously detailed.
We constantly monitor market prices so that we can offer our
vehicles for less than the competition. In recent weeks our advertised prices on late
models averaged $1,000.00 less than CarMax and AutoNation's prices on the exact same
vehicles! At their prices it's little wonder that they don't want to negotiate!
My role, as the owner of the business, is to insist on a pleasant
buying experience for the customer. I insist on a low key approach with absolutely no
pressure or any of the clichéd sales tactics.
The sales staff is comprised of knowledgeable, courteous and
