HURLEY CHRYSLER Jeep 14 DAY EXCHANGE POLICY
Any eligible used vehicle purchased at retail will
be subject to the following conditions:
- The vehicle being exchanged must be in like condition
to when it was originally purchased.
- The vehicle must be exchanged for a like vehicle of similar
value, any price difference will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
- The vehicle being exchanged must have no more than 750
miles more on the odometer than when originally purchased.
- Any exchange is subject to the approval of the lien holder
(if any).
- All parties involved in the first transaction must be
involved in any exchange transaction.
- For exchange purposes, the term "original purchase
price" is defined as the trade difference plus the actual cash value
of the trade in.
- For exchange purposes, the selling price of the replacement
vehicle will be the full retail price regardless of any advertised specials
or mark downs or rebates.
- Any additional tag, registration or general fees will
be the responsibility of the customer along with any tax differences.
